Can You Set Up A New Prorogram
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have an idea for a new program called Epilepsy Dating. Why not create a program so single epileptic members can meet others? They can search to meet a person of the same or oposite sex, provide a profile , photo and message. Many epileptic members have a hard time living alone.

Autoimmune Part Of My Epilepsy...
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

It's a little confusing that the doctor suggested 4 treatment options and the first and second one just got denied by my insurance. I know the next request will be 2 pills a day so will see how that request goes. At least this clinic is handling the request with my insurance company. The previous one, I had to do everything. Sure makes it not as stressful even though the have gotten denied so far.

I Would Like To Have My Son Try Epidolex For His Epilepsy
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way that I can have a doctor help my son so he can try epidolex, many seizure medications make him feel sick due to a genetic disorder he has, but a few neurologists I have asked often dismiss epidolex or say he doesn't have the type of seizure that it helps. thanks for reading this, my family and I greatly appreciate your time and concern.

Does Anyone Clench Or Grind Your Teeth Really Badly In Your Sleep?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

My epilepsy is due to a TBI, which involved facial trauma. I'm sure that has contributed to it. I do wonder if epilepsy plays a role.

Does Anyone Know What, If Any, Fillers Are Used In Generic Medicines?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Since I've moved to Australia I've been taking generic keppra and lamictal. I took the same medicine in the USA, but I'm feeling some intense side effects from the generic medicine here. My friend that's a pharmacist said it could be from fillers that are used in the medicine. I'd pay for the name brand but it's very expensive. And then the stress from the financial strain can cause a seizure. Anyway, could there be something in the medicine that I'm not aware of?
