I do not refer to them as fits or granny fits. They are episodes. If it is severe, then I will contact my Doctor.

It took years for me to reach where I am now but after having specific surgeries over the years I can go back to where I once was as a home cook. I do more cooking with my husband that worked in a kitchen making dishes for others. Still certain things I don't like fussing with but will always give it a go if he walks me through how to use a particular appliance. LOL! We've been using a lot of an Instant Pot which makes life so much easier as many of the ingredients can be placed right into the item all at once, just press a few buttons and off to the races you go. Very happy this was something that we've been using over the past five or so years. There's been discussion of getting the Pro version just not sure if we're going to go that direction yet.

Anyway, we do have the Ninja Air fryer which I haven't personally haven't done any fussing with just yet. Eventually I will look through the manual then try a few things with it just haven't been in a big rush to do so. Now that I have started back at work things are starting to change a little at a time. Thankfully, I can choose my own hours and have been able to make it so my hours take place in the afternoon rather than morning. Sorry for the long post just a lot going through my mind this morning.

i do not have the money to afford it. I am happy with what I am on now. If I pay attention to my Triggers, any I have are very minor and short.

Why would you need to rely on your Insurance Company? It's your health and trying to control epilepsy- so try it anyway. Insurance companies can't guarantee that you won't have any more seizures while you are on the Keto Tonic diet.
