I’ve been in a few inpatient EEGs . The Dr. Wants me to show large seizures. But my medication could be near nothing and not showing any Large seizures, that they are looking for . My mild and moderate seizures aren’t enough. I was even offered food or beverages that could trigger my seizures.

Because there is no cure for epilepsy. Epilepsy is a treatable, but incurrable disease. This is why even when people have surgery the reoccurrence of seizures may still be a possibility.

I would just tell them that the Epilepsy Foundation does not say epileptic anymore. They only use "a person with epilepsy".
