What should you avoid eating/drinking when you haves seizures/epilepsy? What should you eat/drink?

My triggers are, the heat, strobe lights, stress, lack of water, lack of food, and really cold weather.
My trigger is propylene glycol. If I touch it I'll have tonic clonic seizures within 4 days it's in everything so impossible to avoid
I can be doing so many simple, small things that i dont get how i manage to cause the seizure to happen.
For example, mostly for me the most simple one is i am just sitting or lying on my bed watching telly…suddenly i feel weird and have a seizure.
My triggers that makes it happen, that i try my heardest to avoid are
Stress
Heat
Sudden sickness, loss of my vision
Anxeity.

Knowing what triggers are really help with coping with epilepsy. Surely I avoid them best I can... but think I'm still musing a lot of them.
What are some of yours?
I know persevatives, additives, excess caffeine and heavily vibegared food are the biggest for me.
I do have a citrus intolerance (mainly with lemon) that makes me dizzy and very sleepy.

I’ve been told that a lot of sodium can cause a seizure.
There seem to lots common triggers for those that have bad seizures. Here are a few can you think of any others: uncrotrolled medication, dehydration especially in hot weater, diet, stress, over use of computers and phones or technology, lack of sleep or rest, eye strain especially for those that wear glasses, lighting especially flickering lights.
Lack of sleep and stress are usually my triggers. I've been switching meds so that might be part of it too
What does everyone mean by what " triggers" you this may be a dumb question but can Episodes/ fits be triggered by things other then like getting scared or stuff like that ?

Has anyone's seizure triggers changed? For example caffeine or alcohol used to not trigger you but now it does. Or it used to trigger you but now it doesn't. Same with other common triggers...I was just using it as an example.
I was just curious. Because something that is a trigger for some used to never bother me, but now I think it may be starting to sometimes as of recently. Just wondering if it's happened to anyone else.

Bud has helped calm down & make it less likely for a violent episode. Than any drug I've been prescribed in 35 years.
How has alcohol affect you? Son got diagnosed with primary generalized epilepsy at 16 yrs old. He has never had alcohol. So I am wondering what will happen when he does. I have heard that many people are triggered by alcohol.
