I had my first seizure after eating Chinese food. Dr at hospital said “no more MSG. It’s amazing how much food has MSG in it! (Chips, soy sauce, etc.)

For beverages, caffeine drinks can trigger seizures. Alcohol is a big trigger. I myself drink Alcohol beverage on occasions, but I drink an amount that I know that my body can handle.

Food is a different story . Some people get triggered by certain foods, but that doesn’t mean that it will trigger you. You have keep a watch on your seizures while eating. You may not have any food triggers.

I've been watching my sugar intake Instead of making me hyper it slows me down and makes me sleepy and sluggish. I am likely to have a seizure when I am very very sleepy. I have read this and others on this website have said the same thing. If you find positive foods/drinks please do post.
