What Are Yours Triggers That Causes Your Seizures To Happen?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I can be doing so many simple, small things that i dont get how i manage to cause the seizure to happen.
For example, mostly for me the most simple one is i am just sitting or lying on my bed watching telly…suddenly i feel weird and have a seizure.

My triggers that makes it happen, that i try my heardest to avoid are
Stress
Heat
Sudden sickness, loss of my vision
Anxeity.

I hate my FUCKING epliespy life!

All the basic triggers
Lack of sleep
Stress
Late on meds
Alcohol.

Other triggers
Over excitement ( too much fun )
Regular soda/pop ( but can drink diet )
Holiday crowds ( Christmas, Thanksgiving & ect. )
Too much Blue screen ( today’s TV, computer, iPad or tablets, and video game consoles )
Then there are seizures that just come out of the blue

I agree with Dylan 15 , I have mine but aren't as worried about them as much anymore, I know they happen time to time but they are more stable than before I think than when I was 1 st diagnosed with, I made it through them I have had, my best medicine in my life is my daily routine of prayer and bible study also my faith in my life with my God and the Lord Jesus Christ and the holy Spirit of Abraham, I am not perfect and do sin, but that is my answer here and stand firm in my life with my faith always, I am a Catholic christian mix.
