Sometimes not all the time.
I’m 41 years old and I’ve never had a headache. Is this because I have seizures instead?
You’re very welcome Boron 😊
I have an idea for a new program called Epilepsy Dating. Why not create a program so single epileptic members can meet others? They can search to meet a person of the same or oposite sex, provide a profile , photo and message. Many epileptic members have a hard time living alone.
I couldn’t even turn on zoom.
I just started having that. My left eye started to get dark for a few minutes a couple of days ago, so I have decided that my driving license should be “hung up” for the foreseeable future until… read more
It all started about 2 years ago. It was originally caused by a sugar rush I would drink about 8 cans of soft drinks over the course of the week and get really dehydrated then about two years ago I started getting headaches about three a week. I had a sudden Tonic-clonic seizure late last year (I already had epilepsy) then after that happened I basically cut right back on all soft drinks I was having and increased my water intake. So as of now, I'm lucky if I have 1-2 soft drinks. I still drink… read more
Jack, I've had migraines most of my adult life, whether due to my seizures or just dealing w/ people or heavy duty stress, I don't know. My MD prescribed RizaTriptan / as needed, it helps a lot.
To anyone who regularly gets headaches do you take anything for them or do you just let it run its course until it's gone away?
The main reason I bring this up is, normally I would just take paracetamol for it and it is gone away but it still lasts 6 hrs+.
So my point is how would you work out the base time for these headaches if you were to just let them run their course until they go away?
tylenol
Had a nocturnal seizure and bit my lip. Almost took a chunk out. Good thing i woke up intime. Anyone experience this?

Hi, I have chronic daily headaches with chronic migraines about twice a week. I have tried most painkillers and recently been to the pain clinic. I am now waiting for a nerve block in the back of my head then acupuncture to follow. I go numb down my left side which the doctor said is a contribution to myofascial. Should acupuncture work as there is risks because of my epilepsy.
It was the time of the month later on it or it was the new sz medication. I meditate which helps me to be relaxed and BP stays low! Hardly get migraines now ! I wish you the best!
I do not experience migraines and never have. However, I do get shooting pains in my temples every so often. The only way that I can describe them is like how I would imagine it feels to have someone ram a red hot poker into my temple. Sometimes the left side, sometimes the right side and occasionally both sides at once. They don’t last long but are very painful and the doctors have never been able to explain why I get them. I had 80% of a tumour on the brain removed but that has not had any… read more

My head has been hurting today. I woke up with that, tried to eat breakfast, then got sick. Nausea, but no vomiting. Gas but also constipation. Cannot see a doctor until next week. Yet my husband thinks I am being lazy. I think I am going to tell my son. No high blood pressure yet, but usually that happens also. Would you try to be patient with your husband or go to your son for help?
Hello, You mentioned having very painful headaches, and then getting sick. That does happen to me sometimes. I have migraine headaches, when I have one my vision usually does split. Unfortunately… read more
