I’m having the same exact problems. They are going to do an ambulatory EEG on me so if I find anything out I will let you know.

What type of pain are you actually experiencing. Is it like a headache or migraine ? For many people with Epilepsy ( not everyone ) do experience some type of headache or migraine from their Epilepsy.

Hopefully someone can or will be able to help you with better advice than I .

The pain that feels like an electrical is because that is what a seizure is an, a enhanced electrical impulse in the brain that runs a pathway throughout the body causing many different actions, depending on where it started and pathway it made. Extreme headaches are one that can happen before or after a seizure. The double vision is also a problem that can happen before or after a seizure. Let your Neurologist about this it is possible for it to cause other problems such as unconscious walking. Something that may help with this is blocking vision of one eye. Also, I know last seizure I had double vision which is something I never happened before except the day before that doubled that developed into an extreme seizure, The day before which is questionable if developed into seizure or not since I live alone and I was home that day. I know what helped me with that just closed both eyes laid down with some music. TAKE CARE AND WISH YOU THE BEST!!!
