Epidiolex, Is This Med Also Good For General Seizures?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Epidiolex is a med that was recommended to me by a friend; I looked it up and it does say it is generally for two serious cases, however it can be used for myo chlonic and gran mal. So I am wondering if this FDA approved drug would benifit me.

Does Anyone Have Advice For Someone With Late Forming Seizures?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have a friend who just started having seizures last year unexpectedly. Neither me or his partner have any idea what is causing them. Being that they are after puberty the seizures don’t qualify as epilepsy and fall in the Seizure dysfunction category. I’ve tried to get him on this site but it’s been a no go. If anyone has any advice or ideas let me know.

Complex Partial Seizures
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have complex partial seizures. My last one was in April. I was wondering if anyone else is aware if they have one in their sleep?

Or recently I’ve been having staring spells, but still conscious and still can hear things. I don’t jumble my words but it may take me a second or two to respond. They just aren’t quite like the spells I had when I was first diagnosed. Has anyone ever had them change from over time?

Help Identifying Seizure Type
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Can someone explain to me what type of seizure I'm having if my right shoulder repeatedly raised and lowers multiple times for about a minute or two? Sometimes it's the right side of my back (muscle) that tenses and releases so much so that I jerk backwards. I could really use some clarification. Thanks in advance!
