I have noctornal sezuires that last 30 to 45 seconds and maybe a minute sometimes which happen in my sleep, deep sleep and I have no knowledge of them or if they happen or when except when I wake up sometimes or when I go to visit my neroligest. Because have the Mouth Guard, the upper teeth cannot chew with lower teeth. Getting one from your Dentist is pricey. I do not know if thee are some Over the Counter ones.

Had a nocturnal seizure and bit my lip. Almost took a chunk out. Good thing i woke up intime. Anyone experience this?
I have had nocturnal seizures at night I have only ever bit my lips a couple times but my tongue has taken a beating. Even while hospitalizated I bit my tongue bad.
