yes. it is called nocturnal epilepsy. i am not sure about it but there is 3 sleep (4 if you are counting awake)... rem, light, and deep sleep. when you are transitioning from 1 to another. sometimes you will have seizures from that.

Yes, I don’t have Nocturnal Epilepsy but my seizures occur mostly in my sleep. I’ve come to learn that when I had a stressful day or have had many things running through my mind a seizure will occur sooner or later.

I have night fits which can be quite bad at times. I don't remember anything and very confused for a while after. Daytime I have petty mal but today I had a seizure and I have very bad shingles over my right shoulder and neck..
