after seizures i often think someone else is close by when im alone, like im waiting on them. or ou'd in with soneone im convinced there was someone else there too but cant remember who so i get confused. had anyone had similar?

I learned about this seizure detection watch not long ago and would like to know if it actually works.

I've had juvenile myoclonoic epilepsy for about 4 years now and have only had 2 grand mal seizures. I take 200 mg of lamotrigine daily, but was previously on 1250 mg of valproic acid. When I was first diagnosed, my neurologist said she'd only recommend having 2 drinks max. I'm in university right now and the temptation to drink is very high. I've been living on my own for 10 years and then after 4 years being of engaged after the first year of being engaged I had my first seizure I remember where it was me having seizures are not having fun at least your love partner is always there with you to help you out that's what I like

Has anyone used the Mediterranean diet for helping their memory?

My neurologist said that besides seizure control, getting enough sleep, and exercise that the Mediterranean diet would be something to look into.

If you have what are you recommendations as food? I have already started some research for it.

I am a university student and I just kinda losing faith that I will find one.It is stressful for me because I want to l learn how to be an adult.I am 21 years old and I just am losing faith I will without my sister complaining and making me cry and feel bad because she has a job and younger than me.

I have , I had at 13, pneumonia and 103.7 temp, was put in the hospital for 7 to 10 days, that and a kidney stone about 28 yrs ago, not fun.
