Does anyone know how to start off with a strict keto diet? I heard from epilepsy foundations and from neurologists that it helps control the seizures. But don’t know how to start a strict keto diet

You want to slowly cut carbs because comming of carbs can actually give you flu like symptoms. Your main goal is to increase your good fats not animal fat. Your body will start burning fat for fuel. Eventually you will have a strict portion of protien fat and carbs. Carbs being 5% or lower.
