One way to eat a healthier diet and include more fruits and vegetables is to eat what’s seasonally available. There’s a farmer’s market close to the office, so this past week's purchases were a cantaloupe, some basil, a couple of peaches. Time for grilled cantaloupe!

An easy recipe starting with grilling the cantaloupe and cooking the peaches in a little apple cider vinegar (with a small bit of sugar). The cooking down of the ingredients made a lovely tart and sweet sauce.

Trying new recipes and new, seasonal vegetables can be a lot of fun! What are some vegetables and fruits currently in season that you might want to try? Would you make this recipe or what would you change to fit your diet? Comment below.
