I have been placed on Lyrica for neurological reasons other than seizures. I noticed my back pain has diminished a bit. My neuropathy hasn't bothered me as much too which can be a problem. I read the side effects and haven't experienced most. Could this diminished feeling of pain cause a problem being I am diabetic? I don't take any meds for diabetes (diet-controlled) and on the lowest doses of my blood pressure meds. Could Lyrics cause a problem for me?
hi does anyone put on a lot of weight when on Lyrica ?

Wondering if anyone else is on Lyrica for the seizures? Karissa has been on it for a little bit now and is up to the high she will be at - 200mg in a.m. 200 mg afternoon and 200 mg at night. She can hardly stay awake and to walk she needs 2 people. So today the doc lowered it to 100mg in a.m. 100 mg in aft and 200 at night.
I would be interested in hearing from anyone that is on this. It is also used for pain from nerve damage.
has anyone taken vimpat before taking a shower, and then have a seizure right after?

The doctors tried to take me off the lyrica and it did not work so they are going to leave me on both of them. They say it would be ok because I'm on low doses. I'm still scared because I know 2 medicines… read more
