Use Lyrica?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Doc added Lyrica low dose for pain under ribs. I take lacosimide for seizures. Will the Lyrica make me very dizzy/drowsy? I’m dizzy enough …

Jadeick, that Blue Goo is pretty good! They make it now where not greasy and sinks in like lotion. Doesn’t smell but a minute. I’m still holding off on the lyrics. I do have some pain but this rub helps enough to enable that. Thanks - great tip!

Thanks for the info. It was my neurologist that prescribed the Lyrica but I am so hesitant to take any med that I just put the pills on the table and have just not taken. I don’t sleep well at night so have to nap during afternoon or run out of steam badly. I have used icy hot patches and salon pas patches to try and reduce pain, so I think I’ll try this blue goo before I take the Lyrica! Thanks for the suggestion!

My life consists of feeding the squirrels and BABYSITTING if anything going on! Population about 50,000 and lots of 30-something’s who are very creative. Always outdoor music, arts shows, plays, etc on the weekends. My kids are very creative and musically talented, so I enjoy the granddaughters and let them go. I have had a few mild (nocturnal) seizures this past month but nothing that required any intervention. Hope you are well and having decent weather there!
