Do you guys take briviact ? So how do you feel?
Ok so I am on 6 different meds a day and the last one that was added was vimpat
Is there a side affect of real bad bathroom time
Lastnight I was in the bathroom every 10 minutes
I talked to my doctor and all they said was get some stool medication
Tonight I am going to divide the 3000 mg of Levetiracetam Extended Release tablets and take half at bedtime and half in the morning. This is to stop the afternoon seizures.
Does anyone else take the extended release twice a day and if so how much do you take and does it work well that way for you?
FYI: My doctor has prescribed it this way.
Hey guys! Its been 4 years since i posted on here.
I recently got married in March & my husband & I are talking about trying for a pregnancy. I’m on Keppra ER 2000mg daily. Has anyone had any issues with this and pregnancy? I know anti-seizure medication may lead to neural tube defects. I have sent a message to my GYN & my neurologist to hopefully get a plan set up to lessen the risk of this.
My husband suddenly started having grand mal seizures about 6 years ago completely out of the blue and was diagnosed with epilepsy about 6 months after his first cluster of seizures. He was young (27) fit and healthy and strong as he is a farmer, since the epilepsy began he has changed in almost every way... can anyone else relate?
I don't know whether this is an impossible ? .How long before a newly introduced medication begins to show an improvement ( if it's going to at all !) I've come straight off Keppra & have been on Briviact for 3 weeks ( as well as lamotrigine & clobazam) I havet noticed any difference yet in the frequency or intensity of my partials
I know seizures can impact memory loss. But I’m on Levetiracetam Keppra and I’m wondering if anyone else feels like this medication has impacted their day to day memory? I feel like I might have short term memory loss. I might just be over thinking it but I thought I’d ask on here incase anyone can relate?
All the best x
