I'm on my own fasting diet I have, and try and stay with my calories and usually try to stay in that range of those calories, I'll go over once in a while but not often, and maybe eat something that they say is bad in some ways but if you do it frequently it's going to be more so than if done in moderation, I was informed that we are going to a potluck for easter at a park, I don't mind doing that, but I am going to try to keep it within my limits of what I am going to eat, I don't mind… read more

And I'm going to start with a sweet potato haven't tried that either I do eat spaghetti squash that's good I don't know if any of you have ever heard of Dave's killer bread I believe each slice has one to two grams of sugar and I come to find out that the guy that makes that bread did time in prison and then it makes you wonder why he calls it killer lol but on the real is actually good bread. I don't eat much bread. I don't eat much rice and if I do eat rice it's brown rice.
I don’t really deviate from my diet. I eat a lot of protein, gluten free and mostly fish or chicken. No sweets or chips. If I’m to go out to eat I make sure they have something I can eat. I did have some Easter candy but not much.

My “diet “ isn’t for epilepsy, but I don’t think it’s a diet either. I eat a lot of red meat and dark greens for my iron, I don’t watch my calories either but that’s because I’m desperately trying to put and keep on weight. But if my neurologist had put me on a diet, I’d try to follow it to make sure I was eating what I should to help with my epilepsy. I look at it like they’re giving u another pill to swallow to help decrease ur seizure activity
I don't have a strict diet. But I try to eat healthy. I enjoy salads, yogurt and things like that. But we do like to splurge once in a while.
