I have had that happen to me last night and before I woke up and thought about it when I woke up but couldn't make sense of it, but didn't dwell on it either, but gave a few minutes to try to think what I couldn't make sense of, and let it go, it happens on occasion but not often I know I do dream other things also that are pleasant and have a nightmare on occasion but not very often, what are your thoughts, just wondering is all?

Members opened up about their dreaming experiences in response to a question about whether others have odd or vivid dreams, sharing a wide range of personal stories from night terrors to hopeful dreams of life before illness. Several members noted that medications like Phenytoin and Potiga seemed to affect their ability to dream or recall dreams, and one member suggested using a Dream Interpretation book to find meaning in confusing dreams. A recurring theme was the emotional weight dreams can carry, with one member movingly sharing how dreaming of running after losing a leg brought both joy and grief, while the community responded with warmth and encouragement.

People dream every night. Does not mean we will remember.

Dreaming is a natural part of the sleep process. It's a good thing if the dream is either good or bad! I wouldn't reflect on this too much.
