Is anyone else super sensitive to medication side effects and causing breakthroughs?

I have always been sensitive to any medications side effects as far as I can remember. ASM has been a whole different experience than I’m used to side effects wise. I am also very sensitive to seizure breakthroughs when ASM is changed/adjusted or adding another ASM.

Some of the side effects of the medication are on going long after the medicine is ended
