What has helped mine the most is fasting for 18-19 hours 5 days a week. Im gluten free. I eat in a 5-6 hour window. My diet is boiled eggs, beans, one gluten free and 1 gram of sugar cereal bar a day and fruits and veggies to fill up. 2 times a week i eat what i want and once in a while a buffet. This also has my CRPS, POTS, sciatica, and auto-immune disease under control. Avoid salt, sugar, spicy foods, bad fats (fries, hamburgers, sausage, etc) Dont drink, smoke, do illegal drugs. Im 60 and feel great. Good luck
