evening both legs as well as my feet are completely exhausted the energizer bunny has left the premises. So I’ll be doing just that including keeping my feet free of anything. They’re not wanting anything on them either. 😳😫😴. It’s been a day again time time slip into my robe as well.

Why Would You Lay On Concrete, For That Many Hrs? That's Not Good Or Comfortable, At All

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member,
I used to work in retail, (20+yrs), and I would always go home with my legs feeling exhausted. I had to purchase insoles for my shoes every 3 or so months just to keep my legs from being sore. I found the it later on that it wasn’t my insoles that were the problem, it was the shoes I wore. The more the cushion I had the more my legs hurt. As well as my hips, knees, and back.
I began wearing a thinner, more level pair of shoes, not sketchers or anything like that. I tried some simple tennis shoes that didn’t have that rocking motion or that would throw me off balance. Vanns, is a good option if you have the come to support a really good pair of shoes. The cons are that they are heavy and sometimes pricey. There are other options but I can’t think of any others right now.
I hope you get to feel better soon. 💐

TinaG for years I used to get either Reebok or Nike cause they were always comfortable but now they’ve gotten crazy with the colors. I went to Skechers and they seem to be more comfortable and I thought they were a reputable good company as far as shoes go but even four hours my lower body is just absolutely exhausted right down to my feet. I know there are companies for insoles that fit the person’s foot but I don’t wanna have to pay 200+ dollars to pay for insoles. I think it’s more than a problem with shoes. I think it’s another symptom that may be going on with my body because I’ve been off. for the last two days and I’m off again tomorrow and those two days I’ve actually stayed completely exhausted so that tells me something else is going on that it doesn’t have to do anything with the shoes. I’m getting ready to tell the nurse practitioner when I see her in November that’s at my neurologist office since my neurologist doesn’t wanna get off his backside to do anything about what I’ve had going on. All he wants to do is run test or pop pills at me if he’s gonna keep doing that I’m gonna find somebody else. He’s pretty much proving to me. He don’t care what I say. He’s just only interested in one thing trying to make money off of me with stuff I don’t need. I’m trying to tell me that I don’t need something that I think I do, especially when the body is telling you, it needs help.
