right straight for your pjs and put those on for the rest of the day til bed time. Pretty much what mine was telling me today, including to keep my feet free if any type of shoe, including my moccasin slippers. So that’s just what I did.Now keeping my feet propped on a pillow right now on my couch feel a little achy this afternoon. Been standing too long today.

Everyone after today of 9 hrs of work I pretty much felt the same way. But this time I did actually change into a pair of shorts and a T-shirt for a while and that only lasted until a little after 7 o’clock tonight then I ended up switching out of that and going into my evening comfys for the night

There’s days when I’m on my feet all day. I put those blue gel consoles in my shoes. They help some.

I’m right there with u!! I put on hospital pjs, one sock for the foot in the boot and im lazing in bed with my feet propped up on a couple pillows and I don’t intend on changing anything. I’ve already had ppl over and I still didn’t change. Most ppl are used to seeing me in my pjs by now so I don’t care. I even had to go out and talk to the cops the other day about a stolen skidoo left at my place and I didn’t even bother with putting on my robe since I figured as soon as they saw i was in a boot they’d know it wasn’t me who stole it and they just kept talking until I said it was too painful to keep standing up and they were welcome to come inside and talk; but they would get very hairy from the dogs blowing their coats. They said it was ok, they asked all their questions and they would knock on my house if they needed anything else answered, and they did just that. So as u can tell, I don’t care what anyone thinks of me being in my pjs all day- I’m listening to my body and taking care of myself and that’s what matters. Plus who am I trying to impress- the dogs?? Or dog now that the foster dog has left.

I have had less motivation. When I get like this I push myself to shower and get dressed.

Being able to go outside helps me. I have a small house and sometimes it gets to me. Being in small places is not good for me anymore.
