A recurring theme was living with combinations of mental health struggles like depression, anxiety, and PTSD alongside physical conditions such as high blood pressure, arthritis, osteoporosis, heart conditions, and chronic pain. Several members also shared how medication side effects add another layer of difficulty, but the overall tone was one of resilience, faith, and gratitude for having a supportive community.

I’m on the same page as you. My seizures are from a tragic birth but I didn’t start having seizures until I was 10 years old

High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Anemia, Low Iron, Arthritis, Vertigo, A separated left shoulder that comes out of place often. Low Vitamin D. There might be a couple more I just can't think of right now. Other than that, I'm pretty healthy!
