I have a friend who has one she is willing to let me have or use hers but want to be sure that grounding “electricity” does not interfere with the electricity in my brain that happen with seizures if I even understand that whole thing or how they work. I’m having too many seizures lately and don’t want to take many chances but looking to help prob neuropathy or possibly gout or both, arthritis, swelling, back and neck pain, feet pain and whatever else it will help🤷♀️
Interesting the answer is always ask your doctor and doctors never have a clue about anything outside of drugs or few things other things or at least always claim there is not enough research known about it, no matter if there is plenty of research.
I’m looking for safety not sure I even want to try it want to know if it is even safe.
Absolutely in summer I walk around barefoot its my way of sharing the toes with sun
Okay Dawna I spoke to one of my friends and basically she uses hers when travelling and because we live in Queensland we can go outside on the lawn in our gardens alot to do "grounding".
She said to me "grounding" is essentially the same as what we did as kids, teens, in our 20's i.e barefoot outside playing or even wearing flipflops.
I do it in my backyard on the grass.
According to her they have used the mats for people with other neurological conditions.
