Members connected over the experience of nocturnal seizures and the physical and emotional aftermath, including the need to wash linens, bed-wetting, and waking up with confusion or brain fog. Several members shared practical coping strategies like using disposable bed pads, wearing protective undergarments, blocking stairs for safety, and setting medication reminders. A recurring theme was the relief of finding others who truly understand, with many expressing gratitude for a safe space to share experiences they had never felt comfortable discussing before.
