It’s definitely much needed.
I have a watch that keeps track of how much and what is restful sleep. My Neurologist told me I could take meds at 9 AM and go back to sleep. I have difficulty sleeping, so try not to nap in the afternoon.
Mary Gibson, Thankyou sweetie. It’s been low key for the day I’ve not have a lot of energy today what so ever. Plus I’ve been feeling the weakness in my legs again. For some reason the idea of a wheelchair ♿️ for well being is sounding like it needs to be done. Because if I don’t I get stuck in one spot all day. I don’t want that. I want to be able to get around on my bad days to so if I have errands I can get them done and my stuff at home as well. This is no fun being stuck in one spot all day.

During track practice in high school I had a seizure and was found laying on the street. Two cops and two firetrucks came to my rescue. So I know how dangerous it is walking the streets and haven’t done it, by myself, since that day.
I just called Slavins Hancock Pharmacy. who provides my Bubble Packs. They did not deliver them the other day. I fortunately have a few 100 mgs. Briviact, and 2 days 50 mgs. AM Lamotragine. The Epidiolex is from a different Pharmacy. I have enough of that.
Good for you. Some days we just need to chill. I am finish my tasks for today also. I just came in from sitting on he porch. I will see my beset doctor today and come home and chill the remaining of the day.
Enjoy your day.
