I'm wondering about this cause sometimes I like to keep tabs on my calories I eat by and est amount I do for the day, but I am aware of we burn calories when we sleep at night and wondering if you count that night for the next day or let it go and start anew day with it, I do that with days sometimes also with the calendar and sometimes not
but what are your thoughts here?

I haven't counted calories, just watch what I eat including the amount.

I eat very healthy but the meds made me gain weight no matter what I do. But I eat healthy and exercise every day. Good for the body and brain.

It depends on what medication you’re on

I never did count calories. Now that I'm less active I found eating in moderation works for me.
