I use to eat three meals a day plus snacks and such etc, and I was drinking beer back then, but I have my fasting diet I am on now for the past say 7 months if not a little longer than that, and I am ok with, but sometimes being at home I'll eat breakfast or lunch or dinner, that is from the wife, which is good, but she asks sometimes if I am wanting to eat after I have eaten and she didn't know I did, she seems to get like a little upset kinda, but I tell her I have eaten and I'll eat leftovers… read more
I very rarely drank alcohol when I went out with friends, but when I was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2015 I totally stopped all together i would rather be safe than sorry and I like my conscience clear I'd hate to think I had caused an accident and hurt anyone x
I would let them know that I don't eat the way I use to . Like if they say were having BBQ chicken bday rice I will eat it or I'd bring cauliflower potatoes like tonight I'm using cauliflower noodles with the sauce and some meatballs And we have some peas.. if they offer soda or something I let no do you have some herbal tea or do you have pomegranate juice or cranberry juice or lemon water..
We all have different ways of eating some more than others, ive always trained in the gym so I've always been on a high protein diet and low carb diet I average 70% protein approximately 25/30% carbs and try to keep it that way and every now and again I have something different ie a cheat meal ie ice cream or cookies or just something sweet , now and again we all need a change .

Your mother is right to make you eat some dinner with all the medication you are taking. I don't have the appetite I used to but I get sick if I take my medication on an empty stomach and i take medication from 9 am until 9 pm.
Never had to do that.
