It was brought to my attention that many who study nutrition don't believe multivitamins actually do anything for your health, and could be doing more harm than good to society's health by making them believe they are curing their vitamin deficiencies by taking them. I was curious if there really ARE a lot of people still taking regular multivitamins, or if they had switched to taking just the ones they need.

Because of my health I am better with single supplements rather than one multivitamin. I have tried taking the multivitamin once before many years ago and did not do well for my many needs so it was better to go back to taking the many vitamin supplements that are on the list. Vitamin C, B-Complex, Vitamin D, Calcium, Biotin, Magnesium, Folic Acid (taken by prescription)

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member, your son has some good points. I would get some blood work done first also. Everyone is different and we all have deficiencies in different ways and Multivitamins may not be enough for what we lack.
