Yes, vitamins are good for us. I take B6, B12, D3 and a multi vitamin. My doctor feels this is enough vitamins to take.

I have been prescribed Vitamin B6 from my previous neurologist. As of right now, I take a Women's Multivitamin, Vitamin D, and Vitamin B6. The Multivitamin and Vitamin D is taken in the morning. As for Vitamin B6, I take it in the morning and at night.
