I would describe those sensations to your neurologist just as you do for us. I think Jolene is right, that it sounds like they’re elements of a partial temporal lobe seizure.

I get this sometimes. Sometimes I feel like im underwater or my ears are about to pop. I think it's part of a partial seizure.
