A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭
Nashua, NH

I have always just had these moments where I am in my own world staring into nothing where I sometimes see spots or just and sometimes nothing. They dont often last long and I can hear as well as see a blur. I dont do anything at all though. I have never thought to ask my Neurologist if it could be related in some way to the seizures I have. I was just wondering if it was possible? I was thinking of asking him now when I see him, but that is not until May. Thank you.

They are called Absence Seizures. I have those from time to time as well and that's what my neurologist said they are.
