Dosing For CBD Oil
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone tried CBD oil and what dose do you take and how often. I am presently taking 200mg of Lamotrigine ER in the morning. I haven't been sleeping at night so my neurologist suggested I take CBD oil before bedtime as it may help me sleep. Has anyone had success with this? Thanks

I am taking trileptal and lamictal twice a day as well as fycompa at bedtime. I definately recommend "Sleepy time" tea at bedtime. That combination sure helps me sleep better at night. I don't even have to place anything for improved flavor.

My boyfriend bought me some in Colorado, I tried it for a few days they're the lozenges. I don't know if they're helping, but I sure have seen some wonderful stories of it working wonders on many people! So I'm gonna stick with it for awhile.
