I have night terrors. I have turned over tables and knocked things down. It's better now, but for awhile, it was treated like a post traumatic stress.

you can't swallow your tongue it rolls around in your mouth during a seizure and usually gets bitten as a result. lots of people forget that the tongue is firmly attached so it can't go down your thought even if you curl it up and try to make it it can't bend that far.

It is impossible to swallow your tongue. It is attached to the floor of your mouth.

I have to sleep on my back to avoid further injury. Sleeping on my side always made me bite my tongue.
