Members shared a wide range of sleep patterns in response to this question about managing sleep with epilepsy and other conditions, with most agreeing that consistency is helpful but not always realistic. Several members described challenges like insomnia, chronic fatigue, and nocturnal seizures that make a set schedule hard to keep, while others shared helpful strategies like herbal tea, sleep-tracking apps, and medication when traveling. A recurring theme was adapting to what the body needs each day, with one especially touching story of a member whose wife sleeps beside him to keep him safe during nighttime seizures.

Go to bed between 9 & 10, watch TV, then sleep for 7 hours.

If there is nothing to do, I go to bed early(I am getting older too, LOL) I also get up at 3-4 a.m. If I have things to do with friends or their is a football game or something, I can stay up all night. It depends on the day and the situation!
