Room temperature does affect the quality of my sleep. This is the first year I've had the pleasure of sleeping using an effective home heat pump. During winter, I am using less bedding - it's easier to get to sleep. My home is warmer and drier. I am noticing much less condensation throughout the house. During summer, I can cool interior rooms as needed. My heat pump is quick and efficient - my monthly power bills are less than 12 months ago.
