Go to the hospital! I had the stomach flu once a couple of years ago, and when I get that, I can't eat or drink anything - not even water!!! ....so I went to my dr's office, who told me to get right to the hospital because they'll get it in you intravenously! ....they may also have to check your oxygen levels!!

i have a prescription for an anti-nausea medication that helps a lot when I feel like I'm going to be sick. Ask your Neurologist to prescribe one to you. Also, ask your doctor about a plan of action if you do start throwing up and can't keep your meds down. My doctor taught me that the low electrolytes & dehydration are seizure triggers when we have severe nausea/vomiting episodes.
