I'm on Xcopri 200 mg once a day, I take it at bedtime. I've had no issues with this at all. Greatest of all no episodes in a year and a half now! I take it with Vimpat 100 mg twice a day.

I do think from my experience it's a drug that takes longer to adjust to. I've had all those side effects along the way but gradually adjusted as it got higher. 200mg isn't doing anything at the moment for me I was on 250mg however had to come back down a bit as the side effects are a bit too much to tolerate. Still got side effects on 200mg but hoping they will ease over Time and I will be able to up it again soon. Hopefully you will adjust well and it will work for you. Unfortunately a lot of these things are just trial and error and seem to take forever in the process!

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member I hear of this often. But it's one of the only medications that I've never been on. Now I'm interested in asking my Neurologist about it..
