Are you afraid? Because you're not being told to take a certain dose?
What is it?
Cannabis has helped a lot with my side effects and triggers. We can't look at epilepsy that way, we always have to have hope. Changing the way you think about epilepsy can also effect the way you feel.
Most doctors can't recommend cannabis because of legal reasons. First step is try CBD.oil.
I tried it but I am not used to smoking so I didn't care for that. I tried edibles and they were too strong (I'm only 4'11!) A support group I went to there was a gentleman who said it was a life saver after he had surgery. Stopped his depression and calmed him so stress was no longer a trigger.
I am all willing to do it. But one thing I learnt was , because it's is still federally illegal by federal law, it is expensive to pay for it. Insurances won't pay for either. So unless you know that you can afford it , you might have to wait until the federal law changes.
Im on enough drugs (seizure meds). I dont need anything else, plus thats stupid and wrong to just sit there and smoke pot for a condition that will never go away anyway.
I have tried it. Does not mix well with Topamax. Had the worst experience of my life. Very traumatic. I would advise do not try this combo !!!
