I’m thinking about applying for ssi
How do I do so? I started getting seizures in February and so far no luck on testings and being sent to a different neurologist. But I have documentation from emt from his own view on what he seen when I was seizing and bloodwork’s from three seizures when I went to the hospital. I seize every month except August so far. I’ve tried keppra im now on topamax
My primary care or my neurologist? My neurologist has given up after only two eeg when I had no seizure activity during them and sending me to another and won’t listen and won’t even sign other disability forms keep saying they would then said they won’t then said they would then wouldn’t then asked for pictures of the papers to them just to say they won’t 🤦🏻♀️ I finally got a primary care but she’s technically a nurse but she filed papers (for housing for the disability forms) but she seems awesome and would help with stuff but I don’t know if she can with the ssi part since it’s seizure related but she does have my medical records of it all and my seizures that I had marked down too

Explaining your condition . Bring your note to the nearest Social Security Administration ( SSA ) . That’s where you apply.
