I’ve felt since the episode occurred last Friday. The pain has gotten worse today from the fall on my side. It got so bad I couldn’t hold back from crying. It’s still occurring right now as I type this . It’s all I can do to hold back the tears today. Feel like hell today. Got very little sleep last night do to couldn’t get comfortable tossing and turning all night. 😭😣 The pain is unbearable right now. Very uncomfortable right now. Plus this is keeping me from wanting anything to eat as well.

A member shared the intense pain and sleep loss following a seizure and fall, and the community quickly rallied with strong encouragement to seek emergency care right away. Several members shared their own experiences with broken ribs, fractured bones, and seizure-related injuries, stressing that pain lasting more than a few days with no relief from over-the-counter medicine means it is time for X-rays or a CT scan. A recurring theme was gentle but firm support, reminding the member that suffering in silence is not the answer and that getting checked out is an act of self-care.
