I am being prescribed Calcium by my neurologist and found out I had Anemia for the very first time. I read online that I wasn't supposed to take the 2 supplements together. Is this going to affect my Epilepsy Seizures?

I am under specialist care and have been given particular vitamin supplements for specific reasons one being iron and another being calcium. The iron supplement dosage is 1 mg and it is taken daily for my rheumatoid arthritis.
I am also taking Calcium vitamin supplement suggested by my epileptologist. The dosage of Calcium is 600 mg daily. The reasoning for taking this level is a combination to assist in helping my dairy and also to provide assistance with taking the epilepsy medications as it will coat the stomach. I also take a Vitamin D daily with the Calcium that has been suggested and prescribed by the epileptologist as it will also coat the stomach.

I take vitamin d twice a day, but I must make sure that I take it 2 hours after my anticonvulsants or before, I know it interacts causing me seizures.

I do remember being told at the hospital that I should take iron supplements. I know I tried it but it did not agree with me. I can't clearly remember but it something so I stopped takng it. I have never heard that you cannot take more than one supplement at a time. It was a few years ago but I vaguely remember taking all the supplements at the same time. I always take a handful of supplements every morning and I am okay. I think it depends on your body.

With my attacks (seizures) I tried calcium and it caused an attack to occur, iron didn't do anything but work regularly. I have temperal-lobe and the attacks only occurs 2-3 times a month. But when they do happen, I feel so unhappy, but go on with life. That's if they're light (5-25 seconds)
