We all get sick and tired of having epilepsy at some point and time; it’s just having to shake off the feeling and carrying on with life. I’ve been really stressed out lately and cuz of it Ive had 2 seizures in 3 days. Doesn’t help that we’re having the worst thunderstorms that I’ve seen in almost 30 years for the last 3 days now. Winds are almost 150mph, and the power is off at least 6-10 times b4 6pm. And I can’t find anyone to fix my roof, and it’s at the point of when, not if it’s gonna collapse which means I’m gonna be homeless sometime this winter. We’re only 4 above, but it feels like -8, so there’s basically been no summer at all. Hence the seizures. I hope ur feeling better Noel. I know it’s not easy

What you experienced could have been an aura — a warning sign that sometimes comes before a seizure, but not always leads to one. It can feel like dizziness, a strange sensation, or just an "off" feeling. It's worth paying attention to moments like this. Here are a few things to consider:

- Note the time and what you were doing — if you see a pattern, it becomes useful information for your doctor
- Think about your sleep — sleep deprivation is the most common seizure trigger, so check if you've been getting enough rest
- Let your doctor know — even if it wasn't a full seizure, these episodes are worth mentioning at your next appointment

Don't ignore it, but don't panic either. Just keep track and loop in your doctor soon.
