I had looked up Zeiss blue lens glasses and been thinking about earplugs

They’re really good Thomas. I’ve had mine for about 20 years ( lifetime warranty) and I love them. It takes a bit to get used to seeing everything in blue, but they really help with light sensitivity

Zeiss Blue lens glasses can help with photos sensitivity / sensitive to light.

Try using ear plugs if you’re sensitive to noise.

I have taken steps to protect my eyesight by obtaining eyeglasses that have blue tint when getting my latest prescription that was ordered. I chose to get those type eyeglasses that will change when in light to another color, then the color I chose was sapphire blue as the sapphire blue eases my eyesight when the sun is out or when it is super bright outside. I am more happy wearing these particular eyeglasses as they work quite well.

Thomas, I am particularly sensitive to sound, especially loud banging or high pitched calls (screeching). I’m less sensitive to the bright lights, and sound is my biggest enemy. I hope that helps… 😊
