Most days, weather permitting, I get out and about. It's good for the mind and body to get some fresh air and exercise.

It depends on what you do. If I work on the computer, I am indoors. If I do outside gardening, I work outside.

With me, it depends on the season. Warm Spring - warm Fall , is when I’m most active outside.

As soon as the snow hits from fall throughout the winter into part of spring I’m usually inside. unless I’m running errands or other events with family.

Inside. That's because I take care of my dad. My dad is a 100% disabled American Combat Veteran. I am usually going somewhere(Mostly for my dad and everyone else).
