I was like that today after forgetting to take my medicine last night and have been trying to stay calm. It has just been a hard day for me after I had a seizure and another aura of some kind.
It's not a problem for me.

There have been several times in the past when I’m taking my bed time medication and I’ll notice my evening meds are still in the container. However I had no signs that I had forgotten to take them, not even a seizure. So missing a dose hasn’t affected me.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member I might have had an effect from it on Monday as well because I was bowling with my team and my heart rate was 172 and it made me lose my strength. I started going into an aura but somehow got pulled out of it. I wasn’t feeling that great but I never stopped bowling with my team.
Yes… not just for the day that I missed a dose. Sometimes it’s a few days after. So I do my best to not ignore my alarms and take my meds on time.
