I have been using the Apple Journal on my smart phone as it allows me to write out in detail what I want plus I can also make each title specific (i.e. Type of Seizure 12/7/24) or can write out the date whatever you wish. I like using the journal as it allows me to get specific with my details so I can share everything that is remembered before, during, and after the seizure. I then will take this into the clinic visit to share with the specialist. so they can review.

It depends on what you want to do are you just wanting to manually log your seizures? Or do you want an app linked to smart watch? I manually logged seizures for about 18 months and I got a lot out of it. I probably wasn't logging correctly but I still managed to catch things that I otherwise would of ignored and took no notice of.
