My mom just writes the time of my seizures on days on the calendar
I was using the Notes app on iPhone keeping information for years, we're talking at least three to four. Then after I found Apple Journal app looking into how easy it was to use and how much more beneficial it would help in providing detail in comparison to what I was using I began to use Apple Journal app as I could actually begin a brand new journal called Epilepsy then every day I had a seizure title it and provide the best detail of what took place during the situation. I found Apple Journal to be very helpful as Apple Journal allows me to set a date to each seizure that takes place at the top then underneath I can give the best possible detail.
I also provide information about recovery information in the Apple Journal as I feel it is valuable especially when massive migraines are involved and there has been medication taken to manage them because the migraine lasts for more than 24 hours.
I use a travel calendar. I write down my the amount of seizures I had for that day. I also write the time down. I bring it to my Epileptologist to count my seizures from our last meet.
A planner calendar could help if you have many seizures a month
