I usually wake up to use the restroom at 300am then I try to go back to sleep. At times I can’t sleep after getting up but lately I’ve been falling back asleep. I set my alarm for 830am. Usually up before that but I try to relax and not get up until my alarm goes off.

Sleep is an issue. Don't usually get enough as I have a tendency to wake in the middle of the night. At first I thought it was the medication but it might also be an age factor. I sometimes nap but it usually interferes with my sleep. Being active and exercise are my two best solutions. Still working on this though.

Lately, I've been running low on sleep, waking up throughout the night, so it's messing me up a little. Normally I get enough and it's not an issue.
